Paragon ISC always sees to it that students are continuously discovering their potentials, growing to be responsible citizens, and are ready to interact in a global community. Therefore, our teachers always ensure that our students are well guided and able to develop these skills.
During the 1st Cambridge YLE Public Speaking Competition, four Primary students, Bunseng Kuy, Sive Yove Tech and Vannreaksmey Hem, beat the odds and were qualified to compete in the final round which was held on November 3 at Himawari Hotel. They were to give a speech based on a topic assigned to them. Then it would be followed by a Q&A session where specific questions were asked to test their public speaking skills. At the end of the rigorous competition, Bunseng Kuy emerged as the winner of the Pre-A1 Starters category, bagging three certificates, a medal, a token and a prize of a four-day trip to Singapore.
Sive Yove Tech and Vannreaksmey Hem also did well in their respective categories and were able to bring home their certificates, medals and tokens.
Paragon ISC would like to congratulate the winners and all participants. You all did a great job, and we are proud of you!
